Scope
These terms govern the chauffeur service (NCC) provided by Partenope Limo S.r.l.s., Via Toledo 256, 80132 Napoli (NA) (P.IVA IT05121360440).
Bookings and prices
Listed prices are fixed for catalogue routes (premium car, one way) and vary by vehicle (van for groups) and surcharges (night, holiday). Off-list routes are subject to a quote confirmed via WhatsApp.
Inclusions
Unless stated otherwise, tolls, fuel and agreed waiting time are included; airport transfers include flight monitoring.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time. For cancellations within 24 hours or no-show, the full service amount may be charged. Changes to time, route or vehicle are possible subject to availability.
Liability
The service is provided by professional drivers, with duly insured vehicles, in compliance with applicable NCC transport regulations. Delays due to force majeure (traffic, weather, extraordinary events) are not attributable to the Company.
